- The item is returned with its original packaging and tags (if applicable).
- Items must not be on the non-returnable list (such as intimate items, perishable goods, or customized products).
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Once your return request is received, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received by us. We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered returns.
4. Refund Process
After we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will process your refund. You will receive a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged, or defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at niazicorpus@gmail.com. We will assist you with a return and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Intimate or sanitary goods (if applicable).
- Sale or clearance items, unless otherwise stated.
8. Final Sale
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
